Cesar Lopez
Chairman
Mr. Lopez has over 18 years of experience in the resource sector with a focus on exploration and development in South America. He has founded and is currently a member on the Board of several public and private junior mining companies, including AQM Copper, White Mountain Titanium and Centenario Copper. Mr. Lopez is currently the President and CEO of Seafield Resources Inc., an exploration company with an advanced stage gold project in Colombia. He holds an LL.M. in International Law from Golden Gate University and a M.Sc. in Mineral Economics from the University of Chile.

Eric Roth
Director
Mr. Roth has over 25 years of global mineral exploration experience, particularly with gold-copper-silver deposits. He is the former President and CEO of Extorre Gold Mines Ltd., and served in that position before its acquisition by Yamana Gold in August 2012. From January 2002 to March 2008, Mr. Roth worked for AngloGold Ashanti Limited where he advanced from the Projects Manager position to the Global Head of Exploration – Greenfields. During his tenure at AngloGold Ashanti Limited, Mr. Roth was responsible for bringing three significant discoveries—Tropicana in Western Australia and La Colosa and Gramalote in Colombia—into inferred resource status. Before joining AngloGold Ashanti, he worked for many exploration companies as a geologist, including Aur Resources Inc., Magma Copper/BHP Minerals Inc., Coeur d’Alene Mines, Rio Tinto Mining and exploration, CRA Exploration, Gold Fields, and Boddington. He is also currently a non-executive director of OroSur Mining and Mariana Resources. Mr. Roth holds a Ph.D in Economic Geology and a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Geology from the University of Western Australia.

George Elliott
Director
George Elliott is an independent director of the Company. Mr. Elliott has over 35 years of experience in legal affairs and corporate finance throughout a variety of industries. Mr. Elliott is currently a corporate director. Previously he served as senior counsel and as a partner of two large Canadian law firms before senior positions with MCAP Financial, which manages over $20 billion in mortgage investments for Canadian financial institutions. Mr. Elliott also serves as the CEO of Argen Capital, Chairman and CEO of Titanium Corporation Inc. and as Chair of the Executive Committee of the PLM Group Ltd. Mr. Elliott is currently Chairman, CEO and a director of Ander Mining Inc., and is a director of Candente Copper Corp., Medworxx Solutions Inc. and Urbana Corporation.

Hikmet Akin
Director
Hikmet Akin is an independent Director of the Company. In 1978, Mr. Akin joined the international German mining company Uranerzbergbau, which became the third largest uranium producer worldwide, attaining the position of President and CEO of the entire group with operations in North America, Germany and Central Asia, until its acquisition by Cameco Corporation of Canada in 1998. Mr. Akin was President of Aldridge Minerals (AGM-TSX) from 2005 to 2010, and then became Chairman of Anatolia Energy (AEK-ASX) in 2011, which is involved in the development of an In-Situ-Leach uranium project in Turkey.

Mr. Akin studied Mining Geology at the Technical University of Berlin, obtaining degrees in Geology/Mining Geology (M.Sc. equivalent) in 1971, PhD in Engineering (Mining related) in 1974 and a postdoctoral degree in Mineral Economics in 1978. Mr. Akin is expected to devote approximately 10% of his time to the Company.

Juan Villarzu
Director
Juan Villarzu has over 15 years of experience in the mining sector. He served as President and CEO of CODELCO Chile from 1994 to 2006. In 2005, the Copper Club Inc. awarded Mr. Villarzu with the ANKH Award and named him Copper Man of the Year. Mr. Villarzu also serves as a Director of Seafield Resources Ltd.

Mr. Villarzu received his M.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago in 1972.
