Eric Roth
President and CEO
Mr. Roth has over 25 years of global mineral exploration experience, particularly with gold-copper-silver deposits.  He is the former President and CEO of Extorre Gold Mines Ltd., and served in that position before its acquisition by Yamana Gold in August 2012. From January 2002 to March 2008, Mr. Roth worked for AngloGold Ashanti Limited where he advanced from the Projects Manager position to the Global Head of Exploration – Greenfields. During his tenure at AngloGold Ashanti Limited, Mr. Roth was responsible for bringing three significant discoveries—Tropicana in Western Australia and La Colosa and Gramalote in Colombia—into inferred resource status. Before joining AngloGold Ashanti, he worked for many exploration companies as a geologist, including Aur Resources Inc., Magma Copper/BHP Minerals Inc., Coeur d’Alene Mines, Rio Tinto Mining and exploration, CRA Exploration, Gold Fields, and Boddington. He is also currently a non-executive director of OroSur Mining and Mariana Resources. Mr. Roth holds a Ph.D in Economic Geology and a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Geology from the University of Western Australia.

Stephanie Ashton
CFO
Ms. Ashton has over 18 years of mineral exploration and development experience in Latin America. She has been a founder, CFO and director of several junior mining companies since 2003. Ms. Ashton is currently the CFO of Seafield Resources, an exploration company with an advance-stage gold project in Colombia. She holds a MBA in International Law and Tax Strategies and a M.Sc. in Mineral Economics from the University of Chile.

Tom Henricksen
VP, Exploration
Thomas Henricksen is Vice President, Exploration of the Company. He has over 35 years of experience in mineral exploration. In the last 10 years Mr. Henricksen served as a Consultant Geologist to the Rio Tinto Group where he staked the Corani silver (now Bear Creek Mining) and Ollachea gold (now IRL)projects in Peru and the Rio Grande borate deposits in Bolivia. He also served as the Chief Geologist at Norsemont Mining Inc., where he was involved with the acquisition and early exploration of the Constancia porphyry copper project in Peru that recently sold to Hudson Bay Mining.   Mr. Henricksen co-founded AQM Copper Inc. and served as the Chief Geologist where he recommended for acquisition and oversaw the early exploration program of the Zafranal porphyry copper project in Peru. In 2011 he served one year as the VP of Exploration for Seafield Minerals, owner of the Quinchia gold project in Colombia.

Mr. Henricksen holds a BS in Geology from University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh, in 1969. Mr. Henricksen also holds a PhD in Economic Geology from the Oregon State University in 1974.

Winnie Wong
Corporate Secretary
Winnie Wong is Corporate Secretary of the Company. Ms. Wong is also currently Vice President – Client Services of Pacific Opportunity Capital Ltd (POC), a financial and management advisory firm. Ms. Wong currently acts as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary for both publicly traded and private companies. Ms. Wong is a Chartered Accountant, having qualified in 1999 while working with Deloitte & Touche, Chartered Accountants.

Ms. Wong received a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) Degree from Queen’s University in 1996.
